Aruna Prashna is the first chapter of Taittariiya Aaranyaka which is a part of Taittartiiya Krshna Yajurveda. This chapter is mainly connected to the Sun God, water ad Fire god and is full of descriptions of Sun, Water, Earth, wind, seasons and Time concept. It also deals with many philosophical ideas of eternal time concept, Parabrahma, Concept of Sin, rebirth and immortality.
It is believed that regular chanting of Aruna Prashna, a person can lead a healthy long life.
