Science of Bhagavadgita
This book is a novel, unique approach to understand Gita. The commentary by Swami Virajeshwara Saraswati of Hamsa Ashramam appeals especially to the scientifically tempered, rational mindsets of people of the 21st century and its highly logical, lucid, simple narration of the meaning of Shlokas clears the doubts and objections of critics of Vedanta.
About the author:
Swami Virajeshwara Saraswati after earning a Ph.D. from Rutgers University of New Jersey, worked at IBM at its R&D labs, New York, responsible for developing high-speed fourth-generation computers. Pessimistic of the real benefits of scientific experiments, Swamiji renounced everything, went to the Himalayas in search of TRUTH and dived deep in meditation to enquire “Who am I? What is God and Why do I exist?” The search culminated in Self-realization and eternal peace, which elevated the scientist to a Sage. Swami Virajeshwara Saraswati was a wandering saint, who later settled in Bangalore and moved to Anusonai, near Hosur to establish Hamsa Ashramam in 1998/99 for genuine seekers.
