Shri Shiva Bhakta Vilasam(Telugu)

Language(Telugu) Siva Bhakta Vilasam written in Sanskrit by Upamanyu Rishi has been translated into Telugu by Dr. Lingeshwara Rao. Sri Ramanasramam is publishing in Telugu Siva Bhakata Vilasam in Telugu for the first time. Dr. Lingeshwara Rao is well known for his translation of Ribhu Gita.

Sri Bhagavan held this book in high esteem. Sri Bhagavan read through the various versions of Periya Puraanam in Sanskrit to delineate all those incidents connected with the Nayanmars (devotees of Siva) that are not found in the Tamil text. When he narrated these stories in his own inimitable style the audience was transported to the actual scenes of those events. PP. 401
