The Glory of the Divine Mother

This book is a a treatment of the beautiful Devi Sukta, which achieves two purposes - an aid to the understanding of the various fundamental aspects of the Shakti Upasana and a doorway to the serious study of Devi Gita. Param Pujya Swami Ishwarananda Giriji Maharaj spent 2013 Sharada Navaratri in a remote mountain retreat. A Handful of sadhakas who were there in attendance had an opportunity to do daily vimarsha with him on Shakti Tattva. It was decided to base the deliberations on a Stuti (Hymn) of the Divine Mother occurring in the first chapter of Devi Gita of the Devi Bhagavata Purana.
